DOWNSTAIRS
This light filled, ceramic tiled, open plan living space offers stunning water views. The living area leads out onto the undercover alfresco dining with ample bench seating for all your guests plus a BBQ. It is here you can relax and watch the world drift by.

Kitchen
A well-equipped kitchen with ample storage, large pantry, island bench, glass cabinets, Whirlpool dishwasher, electric hotplates and oven. Coffee pod machine, electric frypan, microwave, sandwich toaster, slow cooker, jug & toaster, blender, rice cooker and handheld mixer. Everything you will need to prepare your favourite holiday mealtime treats.

The spacious lounge and dining areas has a purpose-built custom-made timber TV unit and buffet with Smart TV. There is not one, but three comfy lounges for your night in watching your favourite shows or entertaining. There is also a large timber desk.
