WELCOME TO THE OFFICE
The Office is set in the popular seaside town of Toogoom, just 15 minutes north of Hervey Bay, the whale watching capital of Australia. Holiday in Toogoom from July to October and join one of the whale watching cruises to experience the majestic whales up close. Toogoom offers the perfect mix of outdoor beach & water activities teamed with the relaxation of a slow paced seaside village.

The Office is a modern 2-storey property with direct access through the rear tropical garden pathway onto the white sands of Toogoom Beach. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards, cricket bats and soccer balls and experience a great family holiday.

Beautifully appointed with polished hardwood timber floors throughout, three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms one with a full size bath, a well-appointed modern kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Take the inside out through bifold doors onto a spacious covered deck for the perfect outdoor entertaining space to enjoy with family & friends.

UPSTAIRS – Open plan living with air conditioning
The kitchen is well appointed with a 90cm electric oven & gas hotplates plus all the modern cons, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a 2-drawer dishwasher, and a 3-door fridge /freezer with ice maker. There is ample room for all your holiday goodies in the spacious kitchen and preparing meals is made easy with a great selection of pots, pans, crockery & cutlery.

Dining – The dining area offers a large dining table with comfortable seating for 8 plus a further 4 stools along the kitchen bench.

Entertainment Living Area - Sink into one of the three comfy lounges with seating for 6 and settle in for a movie night with your favourite platform on the Smart TV complete with home theatre system and surround sound.

Bedrooms – The Office features three spacious bedrooms upstairs complete with air conditioning. 2 x queen and 1 x king beds. Linen is included with all beds made up for your arrival. Bath towels and beach towels are supplied.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath & shower.

Bedroom 2 & 3 offer queen size beds and built-in robes.

Office – A dedicated office space is included if you feel the need to sneak a peek at work or business.

Ceiling fans are throughout, and windows and doors have flyscreens.

DOWNSTAIRS
Gym equipment is available for the health conscious plus another flatscreen TV, a collection of books, games & DVD’s are also available for your entertainment.

The covered outdoor area is a quiet place to read your favourite book or just relax surrounded by manicured lawns that provide a spacious and safe area for kiddies & pets to play.

Bathroom & Laundry – The office has a bathroom and laundry combined with a shower, toilet and top loading washing machine.
An outdoor shower is an extra bonus for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

A single lock-up garage offers secure parking for 1 car with more parking available in the driveway.

The property is fully fenced with a large yard for your family and outside pets and Toogoom Beach offers kilometres of sandy shores for your family to explore.

The local convenience shop is only a 5-minute walk where they offer delicious hot food including tasty burgers, fish & chips plus ice creams, drinks, and basic essentials.
A 6-minute drive will take you to the Toogoom Boat ramp, Goody’s Waterfront Café and the Salty Squid Café offering beautiful breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
